Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and transfer all incoming phone calls to the proper parties within the office. Dispatch all incoming non bid related service calls. Daily creation of work orders for dispatched service calls including after-hours service calls the Monday following the weekend. Daily tracking, management, and scheduling of all necessary follow up work resulting from initial service calls. Daily tracking of technicians schedules to accommodate any necessary revisions to the schedule. Notifying customers of any revisions to the schedule or quoted time slots. Attend daily scheduling meetings with systems advisors prior to opening. Daily creation of PO’s for technician purchases. Assisting with updating times/durations on work orders for timesheet entries when needed. Provide W9’s and insurance certificates as requested by customers. Perform other duties as assigned.


Skills and Educational Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent.
Aptitude in computer applications and networks. Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks. Detail oriented. Tact and patience in dealing with various personalities and sensitive issues.


Inter-Personal Relationships:

Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills in working with all PSI employees, customers, property/project managers, and the public.


Working Conditions:

Primarily general office conditions. Equipment directly used:personal computer, laser printers, copy/scanning machines, facsimile machines, and IP 5-line phone systems. Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends in emergencies. Must be willing to arrive at 7:30 a.m., 30 minutes prior to business opening
