$190,000.00, and which is secured by the Deed of Trust described above, has filed written election and demand for sale as provided in said Deed of Trust. The outstanding principal balance due and owing upon the evidence of debt secured by the above-described Deed of Trust being foreclosed
is $170,249.77 as of December 16, 2019. The covenants of said Deed of Trust have been violated as follows: failure to make payments on said indebtedness when the same were due and owing.
