PUBLIC NOTICE SUMMIT COUNTY GOVERNMENT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Summit County Government is receiving sealed proposals from qualified Commercial Audio Visual
Integration Solution Companies for installation, configuration, training, and on-going support of video and audio presentation equipment and control system in a public meeting room in the historic County Courthouse building located in Breckenridge, CO.

Said submissions must be sent electronically via email to be received at the office of the Information Systems Department in care of the Information Systems Director, Andy Atencio at

PM MT on Friday, March 6, 2020. Specific details on the format and requirements for the electronic submissions are located in the Request for Proposal.

At said time and place, all proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirement of Summit County and the public interest.

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems
necessary to select the most responsible and responsive bid.
