NOTICE OF ELECTION

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and particularly to the electors of the Town of Frisco, Colorado (the "Town").

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a mail ballot election will be held on Tuesday, the 7th day of April, 2020, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The sole drop off location for the election shall be the Frisco Town Hall at 1 Main Street, Frisco, Colorado. An application for an absentee ballot may be made in the Office of the Frisco Town Clerk, at 1 Main Street, Frisco, Colorado. Any application for an absentee ballot must be filed with the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, the 3rd day of April, 2020. Envelopes containing completed ballots may be personally delivered to the Frisco Town Clerk at 1 Main Street, Frisco, Colorado, or may be delivered to the Frisco Town Clerk by mail to P.O. Box 4100, Frisco, Colorado 80443. Whether by personal delivery or mail, all envelopes containing completed ballots must be delivered to the Frisco Town Clerk not later than 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the 7th day of April, 2020.

At said election, voters will choose one Mayor and three Council members, each to serve a four-year term. A sample of the ballot appears below:

To vote in said election, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, a resident of the Town of Frisco for not less than twenty-two (22) days prior to the election, and registered to vote.
