This is an action for foreclosure of Lot 3, Block 1, First Amendment to the Hideaway Townhouses Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof filed February 20, 1998 at Reception No. 559333; also known as 201 Kestrel Lane, Silverthorne, Colorado 80498 and appointment of a receiver for the same.
