NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the April 1, 2020 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will conduct a Public Hearing for a Level IV Development Application for consideration of a Major PUD Amendment for the Dillon Urgent Care and Summit Residences PUD Development Plan located at 956 W. Anemone Trail, or more specifically Lots 45A and 45B, Ptarmigan Trail Estates, Subdivision 1, Dillon, Colorado. The Application shifts the medical building slightly, adds a second driveway entrance for the use of the residential building, modifies the site and landscaping plans, and modifies the residential building garage entrance, elevator tower configuration, and increases the building height to raise the foundation due to shallow groundwater.
The Public Hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the Development Application. Information may be obtained by contacting the Town of Dillon Planning Department by calling (970) 468 2403 and the Town of Dillon website at www.townofdillon.com.
Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on April 1, 2020.
