YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the owner of the evidence of debt, the original principal amount of which was
$283,409.24, and which is secured by the Deed of Trust described above, has filed written election and demand for sale as provided in said Deed of Trust. The outstanding principal balance due and owing upon the evidence of debt secured by the above-described Deed of Trust being foreclosed is $55,983.31 as of July 8, 2020. The covenants of said Deed of Trust have been violated as follows: Homecrafters, Inc. failed to repay the principal amount of the Debt, and associated accrued interest, as required under the terms of the Deed of Trust and that certain Promissory Note (the "Note")
referenced in Paragraph 4.A. of the Deed of Trust when the Note matured and came due on March 18, 2020. Homecrafters, Inc. has also failed to make any payments on the Debt or the accrued interest since the Note matured. These failures constitute Breaches of the terms of both the Note and the Deed of Trust.

The real property being foreclosed is all of the property encumbered by said Deed of Trust, and is described as follows:
