YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the owner of the evidence of debt, the original principal amount of which was $309,100.00, and which is secured by the Deed of Trust described above, has filed written election and demand for sale as provided in said Deed of Trust. The outstanding principal balance due and owing upon the evidence of debt secured by the above-described Deed of Trust being foreclosed is $197,268.19 as of December 23, 2020. The covenants of said Deed of Trust have been violated as follows: Failure to pay installments of principal and interest, together with other payments provided for in the evidence of debt secured by the Deed of Trust and other violations of the terms thereof.

COUNTY OF GRAND, STATE OF COLORADO.
