NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the May 4, 2021 meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Dillon ("Town Council"), the Town Council will conduct a public hearing on the adoption of Ordinance 07-21, Series of 2021 (the "Ordinance"):
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 OF THE DILLON MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS
The public hearing shall be held by internet video conference call before the Town Council at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. Any person may join and participate in the online meeting through an internet browser or by phone and may be heard regarding the matters under consideration.
At least 72 hours before the meeting, instructions on how to join and participate in the online meeting may be obtained at the following internet address:
At the outset of the hearing, the Mayor will describe the hearing procedures, including how public comment will be received. Following the public hearing, the Town Council will determine whether to adopt the Ordinance.
Copies of the Ordinance and other materials relevant to the public hearing will be made available online at the internet address shown above at least 72 hours in advance of the hearing. The Town will reasonably accommodate interested parties who lack equipment, or the ability to access equipment, necessary to view materials relevant to the hearing. Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments in advance of the hearing. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk electronically at Email Me, or by mail to Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435. All written comments submitted electronically must be received by the Town prior to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. All written comments submitted by mail must be received by the Town prior to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 3, 2021. Only written comments received by the Town prior to the applicable deadline will be added to the hearing record.
