INVITATION TO BID Centerra Metropolitan District No. 1 Parcel 504 Onsite Public Landscape Improvements Centerra Metropolitan District No. 1 will accept sealed bids until 10 a.m. on Friday, August 16, 2019 for the construction of the Centerra Parcel 504 Onsite Public Landscape Improvements project. The project generally includes construction/installation of concrete, crushed stone paving, concrete stairs, railings, retaining walls, benches, sand stone markers, water features, ROW/public irrigation and landscaping improvements and all related work incidental to the completion of the projects as per the acceptance requirements of Centerra Metropolitan District No. 1 and City of Loveland. The project is located in the vicinity of Centerra Parkway and Sky Pond Drive in Loveland, CO. Work is anticipated to start September 26, 2019 with substantial completion by April 30, 2020. Bid documents will be available after 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2019. Requests for bid documents can be made by contacting Casey Milligan at Pinnacle Consulting Group, Inc. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the offices of Pinnacle Consulting Group, Inc., 550 W Eisenhower Boulevard, Loveland, CO 80537. Sealed bids must be received in the form stipulated in the bid documents prior to 10:00 a.m. on August 16, 2019 at offices of Pinnacle Consulting Group, Inc., 550 W. Eisenhower Boulevard, Loveland, CO 80537. All bids duly received and in proper form will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. will be rejected and returned to the bidder. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. Bidders must possess the required licenses and insurance policies. Each bid must be accompanied by a qualification statement demonstrating present commitments, past performance, experience with comparable work, equipment available for this project, and resumes for key personnel who would be assigned to this project. No bid will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation who is a defaulter to a surety or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District. Each bid must be accompanied by a subcontractor and supplier list for proposed labor, services, and/or materials. Bidding contractors must self-perform a minimum of forty percent (40%) of the work. The District may choose to schedule interviews with select bidders following the bid opening. Basis of the award of the contract will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder as solely determined by the District.
