N O T I C E The Weld County Planning Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Greeley's and Weld County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between Coalbank Creek and 59th Street. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along the Cache la Poudre River from a point approximately at the C and S Railroad to a point approximately 2,810 feet, as measured along the river, downstream of the 59th Street Bridge. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen and narrow, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the Weld County Planning Department at 1555 N. 17th Avenue, Greeley, CO.
