NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING You are notified that a Petition has been filed with the Board of Directors of Southeast Weld Fire Protection District (District) by George T. Cook requesting inclusion into the District of the following-described property known as the George Trent Cook property, more fully described as: A parcel of land being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 2 North, Range 64 West of the 6th p.m., County of Weld, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 18, and considering the East line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18 to bear South 01°19'00" East, the Southeast corner of said Section 18 to be a 2-12" aluminum cap with "pls 27269" and the Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter being a 2-12" Aluminum cap with "ls 2188", with all bearings contained herein relative thereto; Thence South 89°07'45" West, along the South line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 18, a distance of 30.00 feet, to the westerly right-of-way line of Weld County Road No. 51, also being the point of beginning; Thence South 89°07'45" West, continuing along said South line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, a distance of 2605.71 feet to the Southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 18; Thence North 01°02'20" West, along the west line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 18, a distance of 283.71 feet; Thence along the easterly boundary of said Pioneer Metropolitan District Parcel the following three (3) courses; 1) Thence South 89°07'45" East, a distance of 208.71 feet; 2) Thence North 01°02'20" East, a distance of 208.71 feet; 3) Thence North 89°07'45" West a distance of 208.71 feet; Thence North 01°19'00" West a distance of 2139.19 feet to the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 18; thence North 88°56'49" East, along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of Section 18, a distance of 2592.91 feet to the said Westerly right-of-way line of Weld County Road No. 51; Thence South 01°19'00" East, along said Westerly right-of-way line of Weld County Road No. 51; being 30.00 feet Westerly of and parallel with the East line of said Southeast quarter of Section 18, a distance of 2639.92 feet to the Point of beginning; County of Weld, State of Colorado; As known by street number as: Vacant Land. A hearing upon said Petition will be held by the Board of Directors of the Southeast Weld Fire Protection District at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Fire Station 1, 65 E.
