TOWN OF BRECKENRIDGE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED LAND USE GUIDELINES AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town Council of the Town of Breckenridge on Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the Breckenridge Town Hall, 150 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, Colorado, for the purpose of considering the adoption of Ordinance No. 17, Series 2019. If adopted, the ordinance will change the land use district designation under the Town of Breckenridge Land Use Guidelines for the following real property: Lot 1, Huron Landing, according to the plat filed on July 13, 2017 under Reception Number 1146186 in the Office of the Summit County Clerk and Recorder; also known as the Huron Landing Apartments, 157 Huron Road (County Road 450), Breckenridge, Colorado 80424 from Land Use District 5 to Land Use District 45. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for inspection and copying at the office of the Department of Community Development, 150 Ski Hill Road, Breckenridge, Colorado, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
